Although these wines are not
generally for sale, we occasionally release a few cases of
wines from our Library. We have included notes on our past
vintages for those who may purchase a library selection of
Three Saints wines from us, your local wine shop or for those
who have cellared the wines and are now ready to enjoy them.
2007 Three Saints Pinot Noir,
Santa Maria Valley
Our most overtly fruity and exuberant Three Saints Pinot to date, the 2007 shows bright blackberry, crushed raspberry and subtle black tea notes. On the palate the wine is both vibrant and luxuriously rich, with decadent creamy blackberry flavors underpinned by satiny tannins and a blast of fresh acidity. Although our 2007 Three Saints Pinot will age well for up to three years, it would be a shame not to drink it now for its almost primal sense of gratification.

note persists along with huge blackberry fruit and an exciting

as can be, with supple tannins that caress the palate.
