2003 Three Saints Chardonnay,
Santa Maria Valley

Concentrated meyer lemon and mango aromas are accented by hints of fig and an intense minerality. This medium-full bodied wine displays rich, concentrated green apple, lemon and tropical fruit flavors on the palate accented by refreshing acidity, balanced oak notes and a lingering finish.

2003 Three Saints Cabernet Sauvignon,
Santa Ynez Valley

Intense aromas of blackberry, dark cherry & cassis fruit are accented by an intriguing sage note. This dense & dark wine offers up juicy flavors of black fruit, wild berry and plum and an earthy undertone that is the hallmark of the Star Lane Vineyard. Rich and supple in texture, our 2003 Three Saints Cabernet Sauvignon is delicious presently and will improve with 2 to 3 years of careful cellaring.

2003 Three Saints Pinot Noir,
Santa Maria Valley

This wine is medium dark ruby in color. Spicy, forward bing cherry and dark cherry aromas with a touch of oak and hints of violets. The wine is medium bodied with similar concentrated bing cherry flavors on the palate, accented by some notes of thyme and sage that are enhanced by balanced tannins and a rich finish.

2003 Three Saints Merlot,
Santa Ynez Valley

Full aromas of black cherry and plum are accented by the characteristic licorice note we find in all of our Merlots. This lush and generous wine offers up juicy flavors of black fruit, wild cherry and plum and an earthy undertone that is the hallmark of the Star Lane Vineyard. Rich and velvety in texture, our 2003 Three Saints Merlot is deliciously presently and will reward a few years of careful cellaring.

2003 Three Saints Syrah,
Santa Ynez Valley

This Syrah exhibits the flamboyant aromatics that characterize our very special vineyard. Black cherry, all spice, forest floor and roast meat are just a few of the aromas that leap forth from the glass. On the palate the wine is elegant, well balanced and built for the future, with smooth cherry and black berry flavors that coat the tongue. Enjoy this sophisticated Syrah now with the finest cuts of beef or cellar for 3 to 5 years for additional nuance.

2002 Three Saints Merlot,
Santa Ynez Valley

This wine is a medium dark ruby with deep, rich forward aromas of plum and black cherry with hints of dark earth. This medium full bodied wine has seductive, ripe black raspberry flavors accented by a sophisticated texture, soft tannins and a long finish. A wine of character!

Concentrated meyer lemon, pear and braeburn apple aromas are accented by hints of marzipan and minerals. This rich, medium full bodied wine displays the same ripe meyer lemon and braeburn apple flavors on the palate accented by bright acidity, balanced oak and a lingering finish.

2002 Three Saints Cabernet Sauvignon,
Santa Ynez Valley

This wine is medium dark to dark ruby in color. It has forward aromas of ripe plum and dark cherry with balanced oak and a touch of dried herbs and minerals. It is medium full bodied on the palate with concentrated flavors of plum, cherry and boysenberry that develops with airing and are complemented by rich tannins. This wine will gain additional complexity over the next five years.
